Ľudmila is a senior attorney at Stentors. She has been a registered lawyer with the Slovak Bar Association for more than thirteen years. In 2005 she received her law degree from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava and 2006 she obtained her JUDr. degree by passing the rigorous examination at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. In 2016, she successfully passed the trustee exam and is registered as a bankruptcy trustee in the list of trustees maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic.
During her previous legal practice and currently, she provides legal services to major clients in the energy, transport, insurance, wholesale, construction, debt recovery and debt management sectors. Her major clients include entities operating in the energy, insurance and lending industries, as well as individual clients. For commercial companies such as insurance companies, banks and other investment companies, she provides services focused mainly on drafting legal analyses, opinions and up-to-date legal analyses related to adopted or upcoming changes in legislation.
