Mgr. Erik Schváb

Erik Schváb is an attorney at Stentors, where he previously worked as an associate. He specializes in private law with a focus on real estate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial obligations as well as civil obligations.
Erik received his Master's Degree in law from the Faculty of Law at the Pan-European University in Bratislava. In 2014, he completed the Erasmus exchange program at the University of Eastern Finland, where he also studied international law and European Union law.
He is registered in the list of attorneys maintained by the Slovak Bar Association. He speaks Slovak, English and has a communicative knowledge of Hungarian.
Erik has recently been part of several teams involved in our clients' acquisition projects, especially in the field of real estate. In addition, Erik also dedicates the current agenda of international and Slovak developers, while also looking into the energy law and the regulation of alternative investment funds.
